The grizzly captain of the Madball Pirates. Feared for his violent reputation and mind for strategy, Krueger commands respect and love through sheer willpower. Fueled by his violent hatred of his rival, Kaizer Speck. It is rumored that Krueger lost to Speck in a duel during the infamous battle of Raize Al-Rah. Custer, the Emperor of the Known Galaxy, participated in this conflict and ended it within seconds. Krueger insists that he spat on Custer's boots but there were no witnesses to this. 

The mysterious arch-nemesis of Don Krueger. Speck is a hulk of a man, standing at about 10 feet tall and weighing over 500 pounds. He thrives on only manipulation and terror. Speck's ship, The Mary Drake, is equipped with 44 massive artillery cannons. Him and his crew, The Fang Pirates, obliterated the peaceful island of Tanegoc. That, along with Speck's legendary theft of the Barok Diamond from the Castle of Burj Zharim, put him at the top of the pirate food chain. 

A loyal crew member of the Madball Pirates. Shepard is the crew's TNT specialist. A determined investigator with sharp instincts and a relentless drive for truth. She received her signature facial scar in a duel with Gutal Lang, a known affiliate of the Fang Pirates. Gutal did not survive the encounter. There are rumors of an amorous affair between herself and Captain Krueger, although this is only speculation. Skeptical and good with a gun, the Madball pirates are lucky to call her an ally. 

One of the top swordsmen of the Madball pirates, Jean Davey is admired for his cunning and speed in battle. He's a fast-talking opportunist with a hunger for power. Davey is known for his sense of humor but behind the scenes, he is setting plans into motion. One of Don Krueger's most trusted associates, Davey has a restless heart and a sharp blade. He modeled his own weapon after Krueger's famous sword, "Hellbringer". Krueger called him a copycat for this. 

Jackie Bonney was one of the first crewmates of the Madball pirates. She serves as lookout in the crow's nest of their ship, The Green Revenge. She made a name for herself robbing illegal gambling operations off the coast of Bahkkarh. The story goes that after saving Don Krueger from a horde of rabid leopards, he begged her to join his crew. Bonney is brash, impulsive, but charming and hyper-aware. Known for brandishing two guns, she will shoot her way out of any situation deemed too perilous. 

The chef of the Madball Pirates, Amir is quiet, observant, and has deadly aim. The kind of man who notices a pin drop in a room full of elephants, and who will shoot or slice anyone who dares harm his crew or captain. Amir Raikwon and Jean Davey led an escape attempt together at the Socrabi State Prison with 30 other inmates. Only the two made it out alone. He doesn't waste words or tolerate weakness. Once, when the crew hadn't eaten in weeks, he was able to feed everyone with only one lobster.

Darelle Colo was left disfigured from a vicious dog attack in his youth. Haunted by tragedy and trained by ninjas, he has become the masked vigilante known as the Bloodhound. Guarding his city of Trenton, he works with surgical efficiently and strikes like a wild animal. Bloodhound's style is feral but disciplined, with his raw ferocity hidden behind his signature red mask. He possesses exceptional cunning, strength, and endurance. With him, one thing is for damn sure. Beware of the dog! 

Brilliant, sadistic, and deeply troubled, Doctor Joe Lemon was once a good family man. But secret government torture turned him into a maniac, hell-bent on his vile greed for mayhem. It was his dog that attacked Darelle Colo as a boy, and Lemon unclipped the leash on purpose! His words are designed to manipulate and get under the skin of his foes. He hates The Bloodhound, who wants to bring Lemon to justice. The most dangerous thing about him isn't what he does, but how much he enjoys doing it. 

Tough, guarded ,and emotionally complex, Carmen Maria carries her past like a blade tucked under her ribs. She speaks with bite and fights with instinct. She has a sneaking suspicion that her college classmate, Darelle Colo, has a crush on her. Maria is an elite soccer player at her university, and is determined to become a doctor. She recently began an internship at Doctor Lemon's weird clinic, but that might not go as planned. But don't worry, The Bloodhound is hot on the case.
